Ytech's seventy-story tower on Brickell Avenue, designed by Arquitectonica with the Milan studio ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, is distinguished by its west face: some 500 photovoltaic windows, about 20,000 square feet of glass, that the developer says will generate up to 175,000 kilowatt-hours a year.

Casa Bella is B&B Italia's first residential partnership: a fifty-six-story, 649-foot tower on Biscayne Boulevard in the Arts & Entertainment District, developed by Related Group and Alta Developers, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Piero Lissoni, the furniture house's former creative director, and gardens by Enzo Enea.

Faena Residences Miami is the project that succeeded One River Point on the Miami River: two towers by Rafael Viñoly Architects, joined high above the water by a two-story sky bridge, that Fortune International Group and KAR Properties relaunched with Alan Faena's hospitality group in October 2024.

Two Roads Development's EDITION Residences is the first stand-alone collection of residences under the EDITION brand, which belongs to Marriott International: a fifty-five-story, 649-foot tower of 185 fully serviced homes with no hotel attached, on 3.5 bayfront acres in Edgewater with more than 800 linear feet of frontage and a connection to the Miami Baywalk.
