Satori

Satori is a gated waterfront community by Lennar, built around a sixty-seven acre lake in Miami Lakes and belonging to the builder's Serenity Collection. It holds townhomes alongside executive and estate-sized houses of one and two stories, and the planning gives as much attention to what lies between the homes as to the homes themselves: tranquil gardens, walking paths, pergolas, meditation benches and generous green space, with a lakeside clubhouse serving the community.

The architecture works in wood, decorative stone and large expanses of glass, with tall windows, articulated rooflines, smooth paneling and planted driveways. Lennar's Everything's Included package covers the interiors — premium finishes, appliance packages and a smart-home automation system supplied as standard rather than as options.

Three collections divide the community. The Tao Collection runs from 1,593 to 1,906 square feet with three or four bedrooms; the Executive Estates Collection from 2,187 to 3,162 square feet with three to five; and the Presidential Estates Collection from 2,530 to 4,105 square feet with four or five bedrooms and up to four and a half baths. All of them face either the lake or the landscaped commons.
