Bentley Residences

Bentley Residences is the first residential tower to carry the Bentley name, developed by Dezer Development on the oceanfront site of the former Thunderbird Beach Resort. Sieger Suarez Architects drew it with Bentley Motors, and the diamond-patterned glass skin refers to the marque's quilted upholstery. Sales opened in 2022, the tower broke ground in February 2024, the foundation was poured in November 2025, and by August 2026 the concrete frame had reached roughly thirteen floors. The developer's current estimate for completion is 2028.

The organizing idea is the one Dezer first used at the Porsche Design Tower down the avenue: residents drive into an elevator. The patented Dezervator carries the car to the owner's floor and into a private sky garage of three or four spaces beside the front door, with charging for electric vehicles. There are 216 residences, each with a private heated pool and raised sun deck on its terrace, an outdoor shower and a summer kitchen; ceilings run to ten feet clear, a sauna sits inside the master bathroom, and every home is entered through a private elevator foyer.

More than 20,000 square feet of amenities spread across three levels: a residents-only restaurant, Proper English by Todd English, a whiskey bar and cigar lounge, a cinema, a spa, a pet spa and an oceanfront pool deck with ten cabanas. Coastal Construction is the general contractor.
