Cipriani Residences Miami topped out in July 2026 at about 950 feet, which made it, for the moment, the tallest residential building south of Manhattan and the tallest tower in Florida. Mast Capital is the developer, Arquitectonica the architect and 1508 London the interior designer; Moss Construction is building it on a site that had already seen two condominium schemes come and go, Capital at Brickell in 2006 and CCCC Miami a decade later — the new tower reuses the foundation piles they left behind. Sales opened in March 2022, construction began in February 2024, and the developer's stated occupancy is summer 2027.

There are 397 residences of one to four bedrooms, with the Canaletto Collection and the Penthouse Collection on the upper floors, and about 10,000 square feet of retail on South Miami Avenue. The Cipriani family's hospitality runs through the building: in-home dining and concierge service, a residents-only Cipriani restaurant with private dining rooms, and a speakeasy on the thirty-seventh floor.

Some 50,000 square feet of amenities take in the restaurant and dining rooms, the speakeasy, a resort pool deck and a spa.
