The Markers Grove Isle
4 Grove Isle Drive, Coconut Grove
65 residences

Grove Isle is a twenty-one acre private island off Coconut Grove, and for decades nothing new was built on it. That changed with the project long marketed as The Markers: completed at the end of 2025 as Vita at Grove Isle, developed by CMC Group, it brings sixty-five waterfront residences across three low-rise buildings, with unobstructed views over Biscayne Bay to Key Biscayne, the Grove and the downtown skyline.
The island carries an established club life alongside the new buildings — clay-court tennis, a spa and salon, fitness programming, indoor and al fresco dining and a bayfront lounge for the evening.
The setting does much of the work. Vizcaya, City Hall and Dinner Key Marina are within walking distance; Kennedy Park and the historic Peacock Park lie nearby; Brickell Avenue, the downtown Grove and Key Biscayne's beaches sit under five minutes away by car, and Miami International Airport about fifteen.
