The Residences at 1428 Brickell

Ytech's seventy-story tower on Brickell Avenue, designed by Arquitectonica with the Milan studio ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, is distinguished by its west face: some 500 photovoltaic windows, about 20,000 square feet of glass, that the developer says will generate up to 175,000 kilowatt-hours a year. Contracts were first accepted in January 2023, construction began in November 2024, the mat foundation — the largest ever poured in Brickell — went in during September 2025, and by early September 2026 the structure had reached the twenty-fifth level. The developer's estimate for completion is late 2028.

One hundred ninety-five residences of two to four bedrooms, with Arclinea cabinetry, Rimadesio glass and Gaggenau appliances, in a tower of 861 feet; the flagship penthouse has thirty-foot ceilings.

More than 80,000 square feet of amenities, with the top amenity level about 850 feet above the street: three pools, a 10,000-square-foot gym, a two-story wine and art lounge, a spa, private dining and guest suites. Cervera Real Estate handles sales.
