Privacy Policy

Effective 27 September 2026

This site is operated by Veronika Horshteyn of Reaction Realty Group Inc. It collects as little as possible, and what it does collect exists so that an enquiry can be answered.

What is collected

Only what you type into a form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, your message, and a note of which page the enquiry came from. Some forms ask for a little more so the request can be acted on: the property address for a valuation; whether you would like to see a home in person or by video call, with a preferred date and time of day; and, for the off-market list, a budget range and whether you are looking for residential or commercial property. A phone number is required only to request a showing. Beyond that, nothing is required except a name and an email address.

How it is used

To reply to you and to provide the real estate services you asked about. Submissions are stored so the enquiry is not lost, and are sent on by email so they are seen. They are handled by Veronika Horshteyn and Reaction Realty Group Inc, together with the hosting and email providers needed to deliver and store the message.

What is not done

Your details are never sold, rented or traded. They are not used for advertising, and they are not passed to anyone who is not involved in answering you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies for advertising or for counting visits, and it runs no advertising or social-media tracking scripts.

Visits are counted with Web Analytics from Vercel, the company that hosts this site. It records which page was opened, the site that linked to it, and the kind of device, browser and country the visit came from. It sets no cookie, does not follow you to other sites, and does not tell us who you are. The figures are used to see which pages are read and to improve them.

Where a listing has a virtual tour or a street map, it is provided by the company that hosts it (the tour provider, or OpenStreetMap for the map). It is loaded only when you choose to open it, and from that point that company’s own privacy terms apply to it.

Listing photographs come from the multiple listing service and are resized by our host before they reach you. If any of this changes, this page will be updated first.

Removing your details

Write to info@veronikahorshteyn.com and ask for your details to be removed, or for a copy of what is held. Either will be acted on.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Questions go to the same address.
