Shore Club Private Collection

Witkoff Group's redevelopment of the Shore Club, three acres of South Beach oceanfront at 1901 Collins Avenue, with Monroe Capital as partner: forty-nine residences, including a new twenty-story tower, alongside a hotel of about seventy-five rooms run by Auberge Resorts Collection. Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed it, and Coastal Construction is the general contractor.

The foundation was poured in November 2025 and the new-construction permit for the tower was issued in August 2026. The developer has said the hotel and the residences will open together in 2027, a year later than first announced.
