La Baia North

La Baia North is the second and final building of Continuum Company's La Baia enclave on the bay side of Bay Harbor Islands, following La Baia South a few blocks down East Bay Harbor Drive. Luis Revuelta is the architect, Durukan Design handled the interiors and C. Wright Studios the landscape and pool design. Sales opened in October 2022, construction began in November 2024, the building topped off in April 2026, and the developer's stated delivery is January 2027.

Eight floors hold fifty-seven residences of two to four bedrooms, roughly 1,400 to 2,100 square feet, behind an all-glass facade facing Biscayne Bay, the ocean and the downtown skyline. A private marina with resident boat slips and a launch dock for paddleboards and kayaks sits at the water's edge, and a yacht club membership is included with each purchase.

More than 20,000 square feet of amenities include a 9,700-square-foot rooftop deck, more than 8,500 square feet of green space, a fitness center, study pods and a children's splash pad; a beach partnership with Boucher Brothers covers the ocean side of the town.
