The Residences at Six Fisher Island

The last developable condominium site on Fisher Island, 6.5 acres with more than a thousand linear feet of shoreline, bought by Related Group and its partners BH Group, Teddy Sagi and Wanxiang in September 2022. Kobi Karp designed the ten-story building and Tara Bernerd the interiors; Coastal Construction, which has had to ferry its materials to the island daily, is building it. Sales opened in 2022, construction started in September 2024, and by August 2026 the tower cranes had come down as the work moved into its final stages. The developers' estimate for completion is late 2026 or 2027.

Fifty residences of three to eight bedrooms, averaging more than 4,800 square feet, among them three villas and two penthouses; each is reached through a private elevator foyer, and select homes have private pools and outdoor kitchens.

Two pool decks with cabanas, a spa and an oceanfront wellness facility, a multi-sport simulator, a children's playground and a house car serve the building, and buyers receive membership in the Fisher Island Club on the club's own terms. The island — unincorporated Miami-Dade County, with a Miami Beach mailing address — is reached only by ferry or boat.
