Oasis Hallandale

Oasis is a ten-acre district on Hallandale Beach Boulevard near Gulfstream Park: two twenty-five-story towers of 250 residences each, and five low-rise buildings with 60,000 square feet of shops and restaurants and 35,000 of offices, developed by Giuseppe Iadisernia and designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Domus Aurea and landscape by ArqGEO. MGM Construction Group broke ground in April 2023. The West Tower received its full temporary certificate of occupancy in September 2026 and closings began; the East Tower topped off in March 2026, and the developer's estimate for its completion is 2027.

Residences run from one to three bedrooms, roughly 900 to 4,750 square feet, behind floor-to-ceiling glass, some on two levels. The towers share a six-level amenity deck of about 70,000 square feet with resort pools, wellness and fitness facilities, co-working space, lounges and family recreation.

The address is inland, a short drive from the beach rather than on it, and the retail is leasing to tenants including a market, a gym, a dental practice, a med spa and restaurants.
