Peloro

Completed in 2016, Peloro holds 114 residences over seven floors on the bay side of North Beach, directly on Indian Creek. Its curved glass walls were drawn to sit alongside the Regatta building just to the south, and the whole structure was conceived after a lighthouse — designed to gather light and throw it back in every direction rather than simply admit it.

That idea governs the interior. Open volumes run the full height of the building into a grand atrium with geometric waterfalls and tropical planting; an infinity-edge pool reads as though it spills into Biscayne Bay; rooftop decks face the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other. Floor-to-ceiling impact glass and glass-framed balconies open each home to the bay and the skylines beyond.

Layouts run one, two and three bedrooms, with penthouses taking private roof terraces and whirlpools. Kitchens are European exhibition style with Italian cabinetry and stone counters, master baths add steam showers, and homes are pre-wired for smart systems. A private marina sits at the door for residents keeping their own boat, and the ocean is a block away.
