Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove

Florida's first stand-alone Four Seasons residential building, with no hotel, on a 1.16-acre bayfront parcel on South Bayshore Drive where the nine-story Offices in the Grove stood from the 1970s. CMC Group and Fort Partners — Ugo Colombo and Nadim Ashi — are the developers; Luis Revuelta is the architect and Michele Bönan, of Florence, the interior designer. Sales opened in 2024, construction started in the autumn of 2025 and went vertical in the summer of 2026; the developers' estimate for completion is 2028.

Twenty floors hold seventy residences and four penthouses. Homes run from 2,025 to 3,975 square feet, the penthouses to about 9,690 with private pools; ceilings are ten feet four inches to eleven feet six inches, and each residence is reached by private elevator to its own foyer. Kitchens are Molteni&C, designed by Bönan.

A restaurant, a library, a private event room, a children's area and a pool deck with a bar lounge, plus a spa of about 10,000 square feet with a cold plunge, hydromassage pool and infrared sauna, are staffed by Four Seasons — housekeeping, butler and in-residence dining among the services. The Four Seasons name is used under license; the residences are not owned, developed or sold by Four Seasons Hotels Limited.
