Villa Miami

Villa Miami is a fifty-six-story tower of only seventy residences directly on Biscayne Bay in East Edgewater, developed by Terra and One Thousand Group in partnership with the restaurant company Major Food Group. ODP Architects designed the building and Vicky Charles of Charles & Co the interiors; Moss Construction is building it. Sales opened in 2023, the tower broke ground in December 2024, the foundation was poured in May 2025, and by May 2026 the frame stood thirty-seven floors high with topping out expected later in the year. The developers' estimate for completion is late 2027.

The 650-foot tower wears a copper-clad exoskeleton whose corner columns meet in inverted Vs and converge into vertical spines. Every residence is a half or full floor, from roughly 3,000 to more than 6,000 square feet, and there is a helipad on the roof.

The Copper Club, a private amenity suite across the third to fifth floors, holds dining rooms, lounges, a screening room, a salon and wellness facilities; a two-level bayfront restaurant run by Major Food Group gives residents priority, and deepwater docks sit at the seawall.
