EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater

Two Roads Development's EDITION Residences is the first stand-alone collection of residences under the EDITION brand, which belongs to Marriott International: a fifty-five-story, 649-foot tower of 185 fully serviced homes with no hotel attached, on 3.5 bayfront acres in Edgewater with more than 800 linear feet of frontage and a connection to the Miami Baywalk. Arquitectonica's Bernardo Fort-Brescia designed it and Studio Munge the interiors.

The site is the Biscayne 21 condominium of 1964. Two Roads bought most of its units in 2022 and opened a sales gallery in April 2023, but a group of remaining owners contested the building's termination and three years of litigation followed. A settlement with those owners was funded at the start of September 2026, clearing the way for demolition that month and vertical construction after it. No completion date had been published as of September 2026.

Residences run from one bedroom with a den to four bedrooms, 1,952 to 3,864 square feet, each with a private foyer and elevator entry, under ceilings of ten to fourteen feet; three tri-level penthouses carry private rooftop pools and gardens.
