Ponce Park

The Allen Morris Company's Ponce Park is an eleven-story building of fifty-eight residences at Ponce de Leon Boulevard and University Drive in downtown Coral Gables, beside the city's Ponce Circle Park, into which the developer is putting $11 million of improvements. John Cunningham designed it with Zyscovich Architects, Meyer Davis did the interiors and Andres Arcila of Naturalficial the landscape; KAST Construction is the contractor. The City Commission approved it in May 2024, sales opened in January 2025, a ceremonial groundbreaking followed in December 2025, and demolition of the site was completed in July 2026 ahead of site work and vertical construction. The developer's estimate for completion is early 2028.

Residences run from two to five bedrooms, roughly 1,900 to more than 6,500 square feet, with private elevator access, ceilings of eleven to twelve feet and balconies twelve feet deep with summer kitchens. The architecture is Mediterranean in spirit and clad in natural stone, in keeping with the Gables.

Some 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail includes a restaurant by Quintín, of Madrid; above are a rooftop pool and sky bar, a spa, a fitness studio and a meditation courtyard.
