UNA Residences

UNA Residences stands at the corner of 25th Street and Brickell Avenue in South Brickell, completed in early 2026 with 135 homes. The architects are Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, the practice behind the Burj Khalifa and the Jeddah Tower, and the building shows their hand in its curves: a hull-like profile in glass that reads as a vessel moored at the bay rather than a tower dropped beside it. Enzo Enea designed the gardens that surround it.

Floor plans run two to five bedrooms under ceilings of ten feet eight inches, above the Miami standard, with glass to the ceiling throughout facing Biscayne Bay and the Rickenbacker Causeway beyond. Each residence takes a private elevator entry. Terraces open through lift-and-glide doors behind glass railings; kitchens are fitted with Gaggenau ovens, induction cooktops and integrated refrigeration; master suites give him and her a closet and a bathroom apiece; utility rooms take full-size laundry. The top floors carry flow-through homes with east and west exposures, and two penthouses each have a private pool.

At ground level the building keeps a bayfront pool, a spa and gym, and private boat slips — the last of these rare this close to the financial district. Coconut Grove, downtown, Brickell proper, the airport and the Key Biscayne beaches are all within easy reach.
