Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia

Casa Bella is B&B Italia's first residential partnership: a fifty-six-story, 649-foot tower on Biscayne Boulevard in the Arts & Entertainment District, developed by Related Group and Alta Developers, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Piero Lissoni, the furniture house's former creative director, and gardens by Enzo Enea. Coastal Construction is the builder. Sales opened in January 2022, construction began in November 2023, and the tower topped off on 9 July 2025, at which point the developers put delivery in the summer of 2026; as of September 2026 the contractor still listed the job as ongoing.

Three hundred nineteen residences, with a ten-home penthouse collection that includes a triplex on the fifty-fourth floor. The building is a condominium with no hotel component and sits across the boulevard from the bay.

A rooftop pool and observatory occupy the fifty-sixth floor; the amenity deck below carries an eighty-foot lap pool with cabanas and Italian-inspired gardens, and two amenity floors hold a wine vault and tasting room, a private theater, a co-working lounge and a wellness center with yoga and spin studios.
