The St. Regis Residences, Miami

Related Group and Integra Investments are building the St. Regis Residences, Miami on 3.23 acres of Biscayne Bay frontage in South Brickell, the site of the George Humphreys Towers of 1966. It is the first South Florida residential building by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, with Cohen Freedman Encinosa as architect of record, interiors by Rockwell Group, gardens by Enea and Coastal Construction as general contractor. Sales opened in March 2022, construction began in November 2024, and the tower was expected to top out late in 2026; the developers' estimate for completion is 2027.

Fifty floors and 152 residences, including penthouses, sky villas and two stand-alone garden villas at the water. The project was launched as two towers and consolidated into one in 2022. During excavation in 2024 the site yielded an Indigenous settlement some 3,500 years old, which was documented with the city and the state as the work continued.

More than 50,000 square feet of amenities include a private marina, a residents-only restaurant by the chef Fabio Trabocchi, a St. Regis Tea Room, a sky lounge on the thirty-first floor, an indoor lap pool, a spa and a full-size pickleball court, with St. Regis butler service throughout. The St. Regis name is used under license from Marriott; the residences are not developed or sold by Marriott.
