Pagani Residences

The first Pagani-branded residences anywhere: a thirty-story tower of seventy homes on the bay in North Bay Village, developed by Riviera Horizons with Horacio Pagani and his design arm, Pagani Arte. Revuelta Architecture International is the architect, working with the studio A++, and Pagani Arte curated the interiors, which draw on the carbon fiber and hand-finished metalwork of the cars, with a bespoke furniture collection to match. Sales opened in the spring of 2024, the project broke ground on 15 May 2026, and the developer's estimate for completion is 2028.

Every residence is a corner, four to a floor, from about 2,000 to more than 3,300 square feet with terraces of 800 to 1,040 square feet; the penthouses exceed 6,900 square feet, with private pools and terraces of about 4,400. Ceilings are eleven feet, thirteen in the penthouses.

A private marina with boat slips and a 240-foot bayfront boardwalk run along the water; a rooftop pool takes in the full horizon, a wellness level occupies the twenty-ninth floor, and residents have access to a yacht club and a beach club. An automotive concierge, Auto Privata, run with Prestige Imports, handles valet, servicing and delivery of residents' cars. The Pagani marks are used under license.
